Ticking heard through earphones

Hay all, my DHD just landed on my door step about 1 hour ago, very impressed so far.
One thing that's concerning me is there is an audible and rhythmical ticking/clicking being heard through my ear phones (Ultimate ears 5). It almost sounds like a clock.
Has this been experienced before and does anyone know of a solution.

I've not heard it with my Denon headphones or my Sony in ear ones?..is it specific beats?..messed by turrning Dolby off and seeing what effects it has?
 
havent had any problems with mines either....

@ SpencerUk...wandering if u can help...My Htc Sense doesnt seem to be working :confused:...the only function on it tht does work is making the phone ring...have you come across any problems with yours?...many thankss:)

In order to keep this thread in tact, I would advise making a seperate post for this :)...And if you are referring to HTCSense.com, yes I am having issues...If you mean the overlay on the phone..None as of yet
 
Thank you for your replies on this.
There is a rhythm to this but doesn't change when you do anything.
Obviously, as the noise is very faint, you can only hear this when the music is off.

as I'm VERY new to the DHD can you point me in the direction of the Dolby switch, I've had a look but cannot find a way of changing/switching this on/off
