Help time being burnt on the screen?

Just noticed this on my top right hand corner the time still shows kinda like a shadow :-\ what do you guys think it is???

It's not so much burn in, but burn out. The blue LEDs burn out fairly easily. That's why I leave my brightness on auto (higher brightness burns them out faster) and keep the screen off whenever possible.
