My phone (HTC Sensation XE, running Android 4.0.3 on O2) keeps losing time when on automatic settings, then randomly correcting itself. It's altering things like the sms time stamps but more annoyingly is that I use this phone as my alarm clock, watch, etc. Most I've noticed it out by was 20 mins after working in a room with no mobile signal so I thought that might be the problem. It managed to lose time last night too though, when I did have signal, and I only realised when I got to the train station to see my train for work leaving :/
Have looked through similar posts, but they don't seem to give an explanation as to why this is happening or how to actually stop it
