Help Timeout display -max 1 minute only...

[gogoes]

Hi
I have got a problem with display in Galaxy tab II.
There is max 1 min timedelay in screen settings. Earlier, there was 30min max...
Where can I unblock this settings ?
Even if I use app: Android Assistance and there set more than 1 minute, system still switch off my screen after 1 minute.
Maybe there is some application force such settings in my tab ?
