Help Titanium back issue

i froze quite a few sys apps to be sure there would be no issue with uninstalling and i even backed them up in case some arose later well now ive got an issue with texting and i can restore the sys app i believe is responsible for this as well as many other apps for that matter cant be restored what are my options?

Punctuation is your friend.

So you froze some system apps. Which apps did you freeze specifically? What did you uninstall after you froze the apps? Oh and using the .sbf is your best option if no other solutions can be found.
