Titanium Back Up Folders and Memory

I have a galaxy S4 that is rooted and the paid version of Titanium Back Up Pro. Lately apps on the phone seem to take a while to load up and run. I have also ran into problems in playstore where it says that apps wont install because there is not enough memory.

So I went to my storage settings and found my total space at 16gb.

Available space is 428mb

Applications are using 3.4gb

Pictures and Video 2.5gb

Audio 7.2mb

but the big one is Miscellaneous Files using 9.2 gigabytes!

When I clicked on Miscellaneous Files it showed me that TitaniumBackUp was using 2.13 giga bytes!

So I went in to titanium backup to see where the backups were being stored. When I did the search it came up with 2 locations:

Found 2 backup locations, please select:
/storage/extSdCard/TitaniumBackUp
800 backups

/storage/emulated/legacy/TitaniumBackUp
417 backups

The top ext card directory was highlighted with the green bulb.

Can I hook my phone up to my PC and just delete everything in the "/storage/emulated/legacy/TitaniumBackUp" directory?

I know this is a long confusing post, and I really appreciate any help resolving this.

I'm not sure but what I'd do in that situation is just use a file explorer to delete all backup folders and then make a new backup to external sd
