titanium back up Q.Q

I used titanium back up to set text free as a saystem app. A while later I decided to make a user app again. I click on it and it sits there spinning for abt 45 mins so I pull battery. turn phone back on and textfree is no where to be found. so I go to play market and I can't redownload textfree says processing your request try again later

Im stupid i dont know nothin:D

Couple of things to try:

Did you take a nandroid backup before moving the app? I guess not, but it's generally a good idea when messing with system, and would certainly fix this.

Can you restore the app from Ti?

Is the apk in /system/app still? Or in /data/app, or neither? If you can see it, does removing it help you download it again?

Try clearing the dalvik cache, then see if you have any more luck?

If you are using a custom ROM, try reflashing that - that will clear up /system for sure.

Nothing guaranteed there, but those are some things I might try if faced with this problem.

@Drivespinners

Titanium Backup is a very respected app throughout the Android community. What's a joke about it specifically? You have any specific complaints?
