titanium back up

I am rooted, backed up everything to titanium backup, flashed my rom and now i am trying to do a restore but i cant restore my apps. I am getting an error that my phone settings block restoring apps. The error says to go to applications and tick the box that says allow unknow sources but i cant find that... anyone have any ideas on how to restore

You have to enable side loading now. Sounds like you're rooted but not setup to allow side loading. There's a sticky here giving you the info to do this.
