Root Titanium Backup and cleaning my SD?

I have so much crap on my SD card that old apps have left behind. I am about to do a full SBF and upgrade to GB and figured it would be a good time to clean out the CD card at the same time.

My question is, what folders on the SD card do I need to leave in place for JUST Titanium Backup so that I can restore only what I want and the folders associated with those apps, and be rid of the crap that I don't need?

I assume for sure:
but besides that, what folders would I HAVE to leave on the SD card for TB to be able to restore the few things that I actually use?

Just the Titanium Backup folder and you may want to keep the Titanium Backup License.txt (if it's there) just to be safe.
