How do I use Titanium Backup to back up my ebooks on ICS and then restore on Jellybean?

How do I use Titanium Backup to back up my ebooks on ICS and then restore on Jellybean?

Titanium will only backup apps. Can you see the books in a folder? You can copy those to your pc or sd card and then copy them back.

Yeah, I keep all of my ebooks in the kindle folder.
I just copied that to my PC.

Titanium Backup is not working...giving me an error that I don't understand and says "No backup yet." I'm just going to let that go and look for the OTA thing that I need to unfreeze.
