Root Titanium backup force apps to sd

I have been using TITANIUM BACKUP PRO with SPRINT LOVERS ROM and STOCK KERNEL since I got my EVO. I have been able to use the FORCE APPS TO SD option in TB PRO without an issues. Yesterday I flashed a new KERNEL that improves batttery life. Since that, I have not been able to use the feature in Titanium backup pro to FORCE APPS TO SD. It says it is moving them but doesnt do anything. HOWEVER, if a program IS DESIGNED for moving to SD and the program APP2SD recognizes it, that program will move it just fine.

Can someone tell me what is going on with this? I tried uninstalling TB PRO and re-downloading it from the market. Same issue.

tyu applications - manage apps - all apps- titanium bkup - clear data and see if that helps

Did that. Same issue. I wonder if it has to do with the KERNEL I am using SBC-net-4.2.2-more-havs-v2.zip ??

try going back to the original kernel. flash sprint lovers over your current rom, only wipe cache and dalvik cache.
