Apparentlyu nobody much knows about this app here yet, given no replies. I too am having problems with it. I went to their forum page, and haven't gotten my email to validate so I can sign on yet. But I see a thread there that indicates they are having problems specific to the Galaxy S phones.
I'm wondering what might be a good backup software. Did a search here and found this thread.
Interesting not much dsicussed on backup yet. I'll post back if I come across anything interesting.
