Root Titanium backup issue

I have been using Titanium backup (paid) without any problems. Just yesterday I swapped out my SD card with a 32gb SD card. All I did before swapping was move all programs from SD back to the phone and switched cards. Now when I tried backing up my stuff today I keep getting errors when verifying my backup on all of my apps. My system files are checking out fine but I just can't backup my apps. Did I do something wrong when switching the SD cards or does anyone have any ideas on what I could do. I made sure the USB debugging was on and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I also reloaded to titanium backup license to the root of my SD card (for paid features). Any help?

I would think it would have an error verifying backups if you didn't replace the Titanium folder on the new card. That's where it stores the backed up apps so there'd be nothing there to verify.

Maybe I didn't say that correctly. After putting in the new sd card I then did a new backup. After the backup finished, I tried to verify it and that's when I get the errors. Does that make better sense?

Ok, yeah that's a different situation. Did you try the Problems? button for a new Busybox install?

Ya I did try that. I only tried that before running the backup though. I didn't try out after as in right before verifying the backups.

When you did your backup, did you create a TitaniumBackup folder on the SD card or did the app create one? Can you see the backup files?
