Root Titanium Backup issues...

Ok, I have TB scheduled to operate at certain times on the 2 days it gives me. Before, it worked great. But now (for a couple months), when it runs, my keyboard app is disengaged and goes back to stock keyboard, annoying. And, it doesnt backup everything. I have everything checked, but it might backup 30 out of 100+ checked boxes. Wondering what would make it do that?? Thanks for input, time to make brownies, lol.

what did you change between the time it worked and when it stopped? what rom were you on? what rom are you on now? Information helps people help you ;)

Its running Stock b11 deodexex & unmodified. Before that, I was running junkies root tool (forgot the name of it). Started as b07 (rooted) then had to do the b09 update, TB worked fine then. TB would stall once or twice backing up manually, but after that, it would run through em all, especially after I found out I could schedule the backups. Using Go launcher now also. Dolphin browser.

Have you tried using a different superuser app? Some people have reported TB not working properly with the one included in the b11 roms you are referring to.

I found that updating Titanium Backup, (after installing Super's B11), messed it up.

Something about the newest version, made it incompatible, and all the APPs disappeared,(accept one, which was something I'd just gotten), WHAT THE?

I Rebooted, and still no APP's

So, I dug around and think I used the Nandroid Manager, (thanks Super for putting it in your neat ROM) to extract and install the previous version of T.B., and all was back to normal.

Good luck.

I switched to CWM superuser a while ago when the tether wasn't working with the chainsdd version. I have nandroid manager but not quite sure if the rom backup I have has the older TB on it. And, it's not like its ruining my phone or deeming it impossible to use... it's just annoying having to activate the keyboard twice a week. I guess I can just turn off the scheduled backups and do em manually when need be.
