Root Titanium Backup Move / Integrate

I admit I was intimidated by Titanium Backup at first. I used MyBackup Pro which is a good app. But...Once I started using TB Pro I will not use anything else. It has continually impressed me with what it can do. It is really the only Root user app that I keep permanently installed.

But, there are still a few options that confuse me. The ones under Move / Integrate. I have played with them but feel like I need a little more info.

Move Apps to SD. This claims to move ANY app to SD. i am not sure about this. I have had some apps not show up in the Launcher after doing this or not run properly.

Move User Apps to internal memory -- Not sure what this really means but it sounds good and like it will free up some user memory.

Integrate updates of system apps into ROM --Maybe an example would be Gmail. This always downloads an update from Market when I wipe the phone. it then shows the option to remove update. If I do this, then it will merge it into the ROM and not need the download after the next wipe. Is this what that means. If so, what happens after a new ROM flash to Gmail? If the ROM gmail is before the update, will Market know to go back to downloading the update.

These all sound like Nifty options and I would like to use them. i read the official TB wiki but did not see these explained.

I dont have that, but it sounds like what I have done manually, put the contents of the /data/app into /system/app
And the updates for many of the stock apps are placed into /data/app thus taking up the space available to you the user so integrating them into the rom, placing them back into /system/app is a good thing.
one question I have though does it rename the update, the update is usually named (com.android.maps.something) as an example does it rename it back to Maps and overwrite the original Maps? otherwise you will just be doubling up your /system/app and wasting space there.

As to your apps to sd many apps are not able to be run from sd card, they were never written that way.
main reason I can't wait for ext3 support, it will be a while unfortunately. with ext3 support the phone thinks the ext3 partition on the sd card is part of internal memory.
