titanium backup pro key does not work

ok i payed for the key and it dont work . i tried uninstalling free tbkup and reinstalling but nothing ... any suggestions before i get my money back

I paid for the Donate version through his site, so I may not know exactly what's going wrong, but worth a shot. Looking up on TB's forums, it appears that some may get this problem. I would suggest emailing the dev and getting the other version of a key (which is a text file that you just place in the top directory of your SD card).
