Titanium Backup Pro Key Question

I made a search and couldn't find an answer, but basically I want to know if I buy a PRO KEY to be able to freeze apps on one phone, can I use Titanium Back up and my Pro license to freeze apps on another newly rooted phone?

I haven't root both phones just yet, and both are new.

Yup, the license has the same T&C as other paid Android apps. So long as the devices belong to the same Google account there's no limitation on use afaik.

AFAIK there's a 5 device limit.
