ok so i downloaded this and installed it but when i go to run it, it says root access failed. any ideas?

Did you deny the app when it first asked for root permissions?

frenchy714 makes a good point. If the answer to his question is yes, then open your Superuser app, find titanium in the list, long-press it and tap the "Forget" button. That should solve the problem. I'm assuming your phone is rooted.

yes its rooted, i did allow it. i hit forget and still no good

Uninstall TB then reinstall it.
