Help Titanium backup problems

I successfully flashed serendipity 6.3 to my phone. Before I did i backed up all apps and data with titanium backup and copied that folder to my computer desktop in case i needed it later. So i downloaded titanium backup from the market again and it didnt have any of my files. So I copied the folder from my desktop to my phone and it still doesnt have my apps so I can't restore them. Am i doing something wrong?
 
can you still see the files within the TB folder from your computer after you copied it over to your phone? Try restarting your phone. Make sure you call the folder "TitaniumBackup".
If all else fails, I suggest maybe reflashing from stock again
