Root Titanium Backup Question(s)

I've backed up my "1st" BU, no problems (have free version). I also backup the Titanium BU folder to my PC.

1. If I do another backup of say "Minimalistic Text" because I changed a lot of data, then copy new those files (on SD), to my PC, I'll have both back-ups on my PC (only the latest on my SD). IF I ever wanted to go back to the previous data, do I just copy the old PC files onto SD, then perform a restore? (I don't need to do this, just curious).

2. I use "App Quarantine", I noticed when I quarantine an app, it shows to be "Frozen" in Titanium. Can I thaw it with Titanium, or should I just un-quarantine it?

3. Can I turn Maps from "Sysem" to "User" app in Titanium? (Original System with "user" Updates)

What ROM are you running now?
1.As long as you don't try to install a system file or app.,then make sure you delete the old data and install the new folder named exactly the same thing then it should work(as long as your talking about doing a restore with Titanium backup).

2. Can't hurt to try!

3. You would need to uninstall from system(root uninstaller). Then download App from market and put on sd card with AppSwap(It might cause system freeze or reboot,no big thing)! But it will work.
Make sure you give it some time in Quarantine first.

No ROM (other than default). I uninstalled 4 or 5 VM apps with Titanium. Just wondered what the best approach to Maps is. You mention "Root uninstaller", is that a separate app, or just the uninstall feature in Titanium?

Is "AppSwap" different than what Link2SD does? Seems if I uninstalled it, then installed from Market, Link2SD would automatically "put" in on SD.

AppSwap just moves it to the sd card like app2sd,only it can move way more.

There's a list of installed apps you can remove in the sticky.

Root uninstaller works about good as TitaniumBackup, but what one wont do sometimes the other will.

I usually have a redundant assortment of tools for the above mentioned reason.
