Root Titanium Backup restore SMS/MMS/APN Dialer Storage 2.3.4 without overwriting current messages

Hey guys, I had a little question about Titanium Backup, every timeI'm about to flash a new ROM I like to backup my messages in Titanium Backup, and I restore them once the ROM is flashed and I install TB, but I had one question, if I send and receive messages before I restore, and then restore, it overwrites the messages I had sent and received before the restore, and I wanted to know if there was a way to restore the messages but keep the ones I had before the restore and just combine it or something, it'd be pretty cool if I could because sometimes I forget to restore right after I install a ROM and I get important messages and I have other important messages on the backup. So yeah
