Is there a way to reset all the back ups i have and start fresh again? I accidentally backed up a bunch of apps i didn't mean to and want to start over again.

Yeah, just use the delete all backups option in your scenarios, it's the last item on the list. It's made to sound spooky ("use caution") but as long as you have a booting phone and you turn around and make backups of your current apps...the ones you actually want to be dealing with...directly afterward, it's really not a big deal.

Also you can go under your storage location and delete them manually. Open your storage location with a file explorer like estrongs or astro, and delete the individual files.

For example my backups are located under:
/ sd card / Titanium Backup

Yours may be located elsewhere depending if the phone uses internal storage or external ad card.
