Tmobile-MetroPCS Merger Updates & Questions

Damn mobile to mobile international that's interesting

Yeah it is.

I really hope ST doesn't change around their structure and pricing to match everyone else. Hopefully they'll want to stand out among the rest with their $45 no defined cap limit.

Fuzzy, which carrier do you use at home on ST?

I didn't even know they offered upgrades now. My buddy bought the note 2 when it came out and just traded straight up for the gs4. No strings or gimmicks. He was able to change his plan to the $60 pre paid plan as well.

Not a bad trade off considering how old the note 2 is.

Even better is a the same press conference they should be announcing 15 new markets for metro and officially launching LTE for 80M+ people

To catch T-mobile lte with a motion, would I need a specific PRL or OTA update, or would it just connect on its own?

I think it may do it on its own ( i heard once a guy got out of a metro area he hooked up to T-mobile's lte and got t-mobile speeds. or it could b ean Apn Thing

Its not connecting to tmobile LTE its tmobile antennas that are broadcasting 311-660 so if they are broadcasting it, it would auto connect

Ehhhhh nothing much tmobile launched like 116 metro areas with LTE covering 157M that they can start combining with metro spectrum soon and they released some new plans, devices and programs

Its available in orlando as well....so for use cdma s3 phones to be able tp use the tmo/metro lte it will habe to be merged and then broadcasted like how they did in vegas? Do they have time tables for these mergers to be done in the markets?

No but I can say that theyre ahead of time with spectrum combination

I stuck around due to my grandfathered unlimited plan being a good deal. But if they aren't going to honor it I'm off to the mothership (t-mobile). Actually not paying anymore (since I'm consolidating accounts on a family plan). I could've waited but I figure I'm better off doing it now before Metro fulling rolls out GSM in order to get maximum return selling my CDMA s3 on ebay.
