the only reason why i use a task killer app is to free more space and make my phone run faster (which actually helps a lot), not to save some battery on my phone... and I use TaskPanel X, I think is way better than atk! =]
They do the exact same thing and are equally useless, except in the ever so rare occasion that you have an app misbehaving that actually needs closing, In which case said app should be uninstalled.
