you can't really port cm10.1 to cm10.0 we already have a cm10.1 rom it just has issues that make it unusable at the moment.

maybe if you could find a similar phone to the motion with same processor etc.. that has a working cm10.1 rom (i don't know of one) then maybe you could swap out our vendor and firmware and framework files etc.. from motion cm10.1 and get it to boot and work but i seriously doubt it.

some one needs to port the andreno gpu drivers from a 3.4 kernel to our kernel source if you want JB 4.2

You could go to Metro and demand an update right in their dealer shop, and wait for them to tell you that they can't do that unless the whole company rolls out an update, but you could continue it until they kick you out so they take you seriously.
