Root To root or not to root...

I am a rooter and flashaholic. I've rooted multiple android devices for my friends and family. For my phone, I change ROMs more frequently than most women switch purses... however, I'm trying to justify rooting my xoom. Its Wi-Fi only so I don't know how much improvement I would have over stock.

Thoughts?

Well you can put an overclocked kernel and install apps that require root. Someone is already porting ICS and it might be already available before motorola pushes their OTA update.
