Toggle off AT&T LTE?

Anyway to do this without rooting? I want to just use 4G alone and not LTE.

I have a S3 and did it without rooting. BUT.........the S4 has a different way to get into the service menu.
I did a Google search and then found my info on XDA Developers. Try that. I really do not think you have to be rooted to do this, at least I did not have to when I did my S3?
