Toggle Settings Alternative ?

Hi
I have just got my S4 and it is running 4.4.2.

My old Toggle Setting app will notwork for some reason and when I went to try that Smart Settings app I see that it will not work on 4.4.2

So who has a recommendation of the best app to use to set up things like ...my phone will only buzz between the hrs of so and so....things like the old Toggle Setting rules used to do.

If memory serves me right I think permissions changed in one of the Android releases to where the toggles worked differently.
Annoying.

I had to root my phone and install a custom ROM to get Quiet Hours (I wish it were a stand alone app!)... all the apps at the Play Store didn't offer what I was after. Here's a screenshot of it. I love its simplicity.
