Help Toggles in Notification Window

Previously, I had a Samsung Epic 4G with Sprint. Now that I have moved, I lack Sprint service here so I switched to Verizon and got a Droid Bionic. One feature that I do miss from the Epic is the available toggles in the notification window. When pulled down, it gave one-tap access to toggle WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Sound/Vibrate, and 4G. Now that I have the Bionic, I don't have that feature anymore. Is there any app or workaround that allows such feature? I'd prefer not to root my phone (messed up my Epic with constant cell radio loss), but I might root it if it's the only way to gain this accessibility.

Thanks for the post, but thats not exactly what i was looking for. I was looking more for something that has the toggles directly in the notification window, is that possible?

HTC added these toggles to the Sense framework with their Froyo builds, and CyanogenMod has these toggles as well, but Motorola has not on their phones. (To be fair, stock Android added these toggles with Ice Cream Sandwich.)

I did find this app in the Play Store; perhaps this will work: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...EsImRlLmo0dmVsaW4ubm90aWZpY2F0aW9uVG9nZ2xlIl0.

There is also this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wxLDEsImpwLmtpbm9raW5vLm5vdGlmeWxhdW5jaGVyIl0.

I haven't tried either one myself.
