Help Too many startup aps taking too much ram.

Doe anyone have an app or a solution please. It is constantly leaving me with 70/370 mb of ram. Is there anyway, maybe an app that I can instal that I would be able to halt the insignificant ones. Thank you in advance.
 
Install something like android assistant. It has a startup manager that allows you to disable certain apps from starting including system apps. Or if you are rooted and willing too pay a dollar fifty you could try something like autostarts. It lists everything that happens with your phone from start so that you may be able to stop those rogue processes from starting and filling up your ram.
