i have my camera set on HDR and 5M (2560x1920) antutu CPU frequency 384.0 ~ 1512.0 MHz and i've taken many pictures different light settings and distance and still looks blurry.... i guess i got a crappy camera

When you are in the camera app go to settings by touching the little gear icon. Then change the resolution settings which are not on high by default mine takes good pictures.

The human eye cannot tell the difference in a standard 4x6 photo (obv your looking at smaller thru the phone) whether it's 3mp 5mp or even 10mp. Only when you blow the images up do you see the quality difference because the surface area becomes larger needing to fill in more pixels. Try camerapro. Max settings...and autofocus. Should work fine...
