Root [Tool][1-20-12]Stock App Installer

I can't get "deskHome 1.0apk" to work on GSE2 running plague kernal, with adw launcher.
I love the Digital clock/slideshow app that started when i docked my phone (stock) but Gingersteem removed that app...

Well I looked in my system/apps/ and "Deskhome 1.0" was successfully written, I placed the Lib, but I can't install or open the app.
When I try using the stock installer (by clicking the mnt/sd/deskhome1.0apk in root browser and selecting install) it finishes and says "Application not installed"

PLEASE HELP,

ALSO I REALLY WANT THE SCREENSHOT1.0 power button option in Gingersteem, if it can be put on broken out rom, why not GSE2? I know MT had something to do with that dev,
