Bonsai Blast
It's a hugely entertaining Puzzle Bobble-style reaction-tester. The aim is to fire brightly colored balls from a brightly colored cannon. When you get three brightly colored balls in a row, they disappear and you get some points. The tension comes as the balls wind their merry way towards a little yin-yang symbol. For some reason, the yin yang wants to eat your brightly colored balls--hey, it makes as much sense a blue hedgehog running around picking up rings. If it succeeds in swallowing your spherical friends, you lose.
Robot Defense
You don't get this tower defense game for free, but the demo is smashing anyway. Basically, the deal is that robots want to crush your human flesh and use your blood as some sort of newfangled robo-lubricant for their robotic joints. Your job is to protect your arse and the arses of those flesh-and-bone sacks closest to you.
Battleship
If you can play this game without hearing the "you sank my battleship" line from The Simpsons, we'll be very impressed indeed. There isn't much anyone can say that will persuade us that Battleship isn't one of the greatest games ever devised. And now, you can play it on your Android phone!

there isnt a payed option on Android is there?

besides you just turn the mobile connection off with the widget and hey presto, no ads in any game and they run fine with no limitations at all, not that hard to do that.
 
Angry birds should definitely be in the top 3 :) And you put robo defense in the list, it's not quite free game :)
Is there online battleship game for android? someone should get on it :)

Wanting a Battleship game on a SMALL game board, so the game is over quickly and you can play 'online' with others.......like the Battleship on Blackberry.

Someone please port this simple game!!

how do i do that on my mytouch 3g?

angry birds is really slow for me...
 
Pocket legends Should be up there, FREE MMO... love this game :) also So should angry birds.... You just need to turn your internet off or WIFI to have no ads in most games.
