Root Top of Screen not responding

I had take the phone apart to clean the dust out between the glass and LCD screen. I've done this numerous times to fix broken screens, so i'm confident in my abilities. After re assembling the phone, the top of the screen isn't responding. Its just the very top of the screen where the notifications bar is. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on? I tried taking it back off and removing some of the glue just incase it wasn't sitting close enough to pick up the touch but it still isn't responding. Any help would be appreciated, this phone is also rooted running a Nitrous Rom

Hey there agkirtley, I moved your thread here seeing as you are rooted

Have you tried to wipe cache and dalvik cache?

Or if that does not solve the issue, make a nandroid backup and try another rom....

Perhaps a lcd ribbon became loose in the cleaning/take apart process?
