Help Top right side of Phone screen doesn't work

I have been having issues with top right of screen under time doesn't respond. Is there any way to fix the this? or has any other one had this issue?

You might go into developer options and enable Show Touches and Show Pointer Location to make sure your screen is functional in that area. If not, then your screen may be bad.
