Help Torch/Flashlight apps - Camera LED

Is there any evidence of these apps which use the camera flash LED at high power causing failure of the LED eventually?

I have never heard of that happening but I suggest you don't leave one of those apps for hours on end.

I havn't heard of the LED failing, either.

The LEDs on these phones will last a VERY LONG time.

My car runs LEDs (high powered too) at night and they still work perfectly.
It's the nature of LEDs.

If the LED was low quality which I doubt Samsung would use (who knows), it would probably burn out fast.
