Root Totally stock cwm backup?

You'll have to modify the file md5sums when you replace it so do an md5check and use that code instead

What i meant was someone else's backup would have there google account and there personal information. I figured some folks would be reluctant to give someone else's there information, that's all. I don't want there information I just need a stock backup. Sorry for the confusion.
True but if they did a factory reset then a back up theres no data left. If I was at home id flash real fast into Cwm and do it for you. Theres no stock rom on here. It would help alot in situations like this. If no else makes one then will. Yeah its stock but its also something good to have.

Hey, I didn't think about the factory reset they could do. Thanks, good idea, I've still got to nail down the procedure to by-pass the md5 sum. However this is all moot if no one offers up a clean backup.
No problem. I got idea you could do. Go to samsung open source. com download the whole rom, Flash it, after first boot up, reboot into recovery, make a back up. Be careful playing with md5s could brick youre phone. You would need a computer program to do it. Ive heard of one but its been like 3 years since ive researched it. Im sure theres more than one now. Try samsung. Be Safe. Ill see what i can do or find after work. Oh and if the update fails to flash. Rename it to update.zip and use the apply update section of Cwm. Ive had that happen a few times. update.zip works everytime

I'm still running stock on mine. I don't have CWM installed yet, but my plan is to do that and then load another ROM. So I can factory reset and wipe data, and then take a backup for you. How quickly do you need this? I may not be able to get it done today, but I'm hoping sometime this weekend.

Not sure that idea would work, I didn't think the Samsung source code was complete for a Rom. I heard some where that they only release the open-source part, that it's incomplete for a full Rom. Although, I could be misinformed.
Thank you. I wasnt sure it was just a idea. Unless you know someone that works there then you have a lil more pull on stuff. How about virgin mobile do they have their codes up.
Edit. I was right virgin mobile has the sources on their webpage, i also found that md5 program. Its illegal. Im going to do what i can do but im not making no promises.
