Help touch key blink on wake up

I know this question may be ridiculous, but I have to admit it's been bugging me today.
When my phone is idle for a minute and goes to "sleep", after I push the power button to have lock screen show up, the touch keys kind of blink once before they turn on completely. This is not so visible outside during the day or in a very bright setting, but it's obvious in the setting with low light or dark. I just noticed this today, so I'm not sure if it's normal or not.

I hope somebody can check if their G II does this.

Just in case you never found a solution, Im sure its related to Light-Flow or any similar BLN app. I have Samsung gs2 and have been messing with lightflow to sound and vibrate where we have no led.

The problem occurs when the menu and back buttons light up when turning on screen. I does not do it all the time, but does it with both the Power on and the Trackpad wake.

I seemed to have solved it by turning Off the Additional LEDs Found in general settings, if the rom does not have BLN support. Im using cyanogen 7 (which has none by default).
