I just got my S3 LTE (international version) a few days ago and the touch key light (the back and menu buttons) was not lit up at all, even I put it in "always on" mode. I tried factory reset a couple times, pull out the battery and SD card, and it's still not functioning.
FYI. I have installed Go Launcher before but it was deleted. Not sure if that caused the problem but after the factory reset that should have solved the problem.
Before I head back to the store, is anyone having the same problem or is there a fix for it? It's very frustrating.
