Hi, I know there are already loads of threads started about this same topic, but I would really appreciate it if you could hear my story out 
So, quite recently I had mistakenly dropped my HTC Hero mobile phone into my bathtub. After trying to dry the phone completely then switching it on again, the touch screen started not to work. Everything about the phone seemed to be working perfectly apart from the touch screen. The touch screen right now is completely unresponsive. I had taken the phone to a phone repair shop, and have been told that a part inside the phone had been burned out, and he cannot find the replacement part for the touch screen. I would be extremely grateful if you could give me any details which would help in repairing the phone. Thank you
