Help Touch screen goes inop...???

So I was wondering if any one else has has an issue with the touch going inop? Both mine and my wifes are 2.2 rooted. Her's is more stock than mine. But both have had about once a week for her and twice now for me. The touch will not respond all of a sudden and the only way to get it back is pull the batt and restart. Any one got any ideas????? Anyone else have this issue????

That used to happen to me, but once I used a custom rom it stopped doing that. It would annoy me cuz I had this case that was a pain to remove and I needed a knife to remvove the case.... But once I used Rom Zero, I don't think I ever got that problem again. Try using that rom and see what happens.
