I have had my phone for a year so far but recently it has been doing things on its own. EX: clicking on things...etc. I have done a factory reset but still it happens. What can I do besides get a new phone?
 
Not sure I exactly want to start messing around with the inner workings of the phone. I thought there might be certain key combo or something I can do besides the reset that would fix it. :(
 
Well, sorry, I don't know either if it is a hardware issue ( may need to send the phone to Samsung or replace the screen yourself )..... or if it is a software issue, of some sort, might be installed program which doesn't work or something else like that. Since you already did a factory reset, the only thing I can suggest is to root your phone and see if the problem is still there after rooting and installing a custom ROM ! If so, it's probably a hardware issue..... Only one way to find out !!!

If you have done a factory reset and haven't done anything as far as rooting it or messing with the settings, I would send it in to the factory. A factory reset should have solved your problem. You may very well have hardware failure.
