Touch screen is upside down but display is normal

i have update a rom on my phone ，but why the Touch screen is upside down and display is normal？？？help me

i'm afraid i cant offer a definitive explanation, all i can suggest is either a soft reset, if that doesnt work, try a factory reset see if that fixes it, perhaps its a glitch. Obviously dont forget to backup if you go down that route
