Help Touch screen not working with Anker battery

Hi all,

I just bought an anker battery for my sensation as I was having random shutdown issues.
When I put the battery in, the touch screen on the phone becomes completely unresponsive(the power button is all that is working). Is there some setup that needs to be done that I may have missed? Can't seem to find anyone else who has this issue.

Note: Its a 1900mah anker

I think i must have messed something up as the old battery isn't working either

I have random shutdowns all the time...like 5-10 Times a Day. Just waiting new battery from amazon and it is same anker 1900mAh battery ..i Post what happens to mine sensation

One Day now using anker battery 1900mAh and everything is fine. So you just have bad luck meaby
