Help Touch Screen out of Sync/ Please help!!!

So, Ive read on every possible forum that I can on this site and multiple others.

When I touch an icon on my home screen, it selects the item directly to the left of it.

*I have not dropped the phone at all since I've had it.
*The battery is at 97%.
*The problem is the same if the case is off it/it is plugged in/it is unplugged.
* I only downloaded two applications and have used the phone minimally.
Note:
I purchased my phone 4 days ago after spending days reading the reviews. I plan on returning it tomorrow if I cannot find a solution for this.
Phone is a Huawei Ascend M860.

I do not know if this would help but, Perhaps it might? Honestly I've never had that problem with any of these Android phones I've had. I've only had that problem with the M750 but it's got it's own built in screen calibration. Perhaps you can look for a screen calibration app? Let me look real quick..try Screen Test Toolkit, Touch Test or Advanced Test Card. They're all free. They are the best ones I'd found for you. ^^. Let me know how it goes!

It just keeps doing the same thing... works for a bit and then stops working. I might. Thanks for your help tho. If you have any other tips, I would appreciate them.

Best thing I can think of is to try different ones. Then if all else fails, You can take it back to the store and tell them what's going on with it. Sorry you are going through this.

Hope you have a better experience when you exchange your phone for a replacement. Are you going to stick with the ASCEND or try something else? Either way, please keep us all posted on your outcome,we're all happy to have you here with us in the 'FUNNY FARUM'! ;)
