Help Touch Screen Sensitivity

Just playing with and getting used to my new EVO V before activating it. Don't know if this is normal but the touch screen is way to sensitive. I keep opening items accidentally by brushing by them. I checked the manual and couldn't find anything. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the screen? :dontknow: It is much more sensitive than my Optimus V.

I recently changed from the OpV to the EVO V. And yes, this touchscreen is more sensitive. It took some getting used to, but now when I use my daughter's OpV, it seems boggy. Not sure if there is a way to adjust the sensitivity though.

If it's the capacitive buttons (home, menu, back, search) that you keep hitting, then try a big case that has a good bit of "wrap-around". Seidio is a good option.

I've found that when I use my phone out of its case, I hit those buttons all the time, but a large silicone case with good tacky grip usually keeps my fingers away from those buttons.

If it's something else, you just gotta be careful :p

Would you rather a ultra-sensitive phone or a sluggish one. Manufactures and Google are constantly trying to improve touch screen sensitivity with each new phone; makes the phone faster and more usable.

I actually like the sensitivity. My phone feels like new everyday! I hate having to press down hard on touchscreens makes me feel like I'm ruining it.
