Touch sensors not working properly

Hi Guys..
My Miicromax A75 touch sensors are not working properly.
It automatically takes touch input randomly anywhere on the screen.
Is there any way I can fix it myself, as care centre will take 3-4 days for that.

I would suggest just visiting the service centre ! Though the problem is that in case of my a70 , the device is still with them for the same problem !!!

But I don't think there exists anything else than that

Hi guys.
I got my a75 back with the problem solved. They took 50 days for this pity work.
But have got some new problems since I got back my mobile.
its proximity sensor not working. How can I correct it?
I had xorrected it in case of karbonn a 9 by resetin it in engineering mode. How to do it here?
