Touchdown does it run independent from Exchange Activesync?

So right now I've got both Touchdown AND Exchange Activesync running in tandem on my work Tbolt. Reason was that last week I didn't own the licensed copy of Touchdown I was just testing it out on the 30 day trial. I liked it so much I bit the bullet and bought it.

Now if I disable Exchange Activesync on the phone Touchdown will still work bc it's a separate app right?

yes, its separate, you can remove exchange activesync
