Help TouchDown email and GS2

Hello everyone,

I need some assistance with Touchdown on the Galaxy S2 4G model. It is running 4.0.3 and I'm trying to connect to a Windows 2010 exchange server hosted on a Win 2008 R2 server.
I have active sync enabled on the users profile in exchange but I have been unable to get Touchdown to connect to the server.
I have also created a user profile with our telco provider so the user has permission to get into our network and see the exchange server.

I'm getting authentication errors but have tried all combinations of username and passwords to no avail.

Anyone have any idea what might be happening or if there are known issues.

After searching the forums I gave RoadSync a go. Worked first time with no issues. Highly recommend it for those of you needing it in a corporate environment. :-)
