Help Touchdown on SD problems

So I have been using touchdown for a while now and love it. I have my database stored on the external SD card as that is supposed to be faster (per touchdown). HOwever -- every time I plug my cappy into the USB charger -- causes issues with my touchdown database on the SD card -- something to do with loading of the SD card for file access or mounting it or something.

I have tried every USB setting -- but nothing seems to work. The only thing I can do to correct it and get my mail back is to fully reboot my phone.

any help is appreciated...what I really want is to just charge my phone when plugged in instead of it doing ANYTHING with the SD card.

Are you rooted? If you are Nitro does not give support for unofficial roms. I do not know the cause and hopefully someone here can help you. I've contacted nitro in the past and their reply was very prompt.

What irks me is that Samsung has not fixed the internal sd card issue so that some of us do not have to use the external sd for snappy performance.
